“On Friday, my two year old son was in need of emergency medical help. After calling 911, the Bay Shore-Brightwaters ambulance arrived within minutes. As soon as I let the EMTs into my home, I recognized them from another call I had placed months ago involving my older son. I knew right away that we would be in good (make that great) hands. On this night, as well as on the other night, the EMTs, not only were extremely professional and knowledgeable, they were also comforting, warm and friendly. Both times this crew made me and my husband feel relaxed and safe in an otherwise stressful and scary situation.

I hope we don’t have any other emergencies in our family. But if we, I hope they occur on a Friday night so that this amazing crew can take care of us!”
