Q: What is BSBRA?
A: BSBRA stands for Bay-Shore Brightwaters Rescue Ambulance- which is an 24/7/365 volunteer ambulance company on Long Island. We have a membership of about 200, run roughly 3500 emergency 911 calls a year, in addition to participating in all town and community events. In 2009, we were named NYS EMS Agency of the Year through the NYS Department of Health.
Q: Why Donate?
A: While YES, we do get a substantial amount of money from taxes, a large portion of our financial's come from donations. We understand money is tight and wanted to thank you in advance.
Q: Are donations tax- deductible?
A: Yes, Absolutely. BSBRA is a not-for- profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible.

A: There are three ways to donate.
